Mentor Interview Questions

  1. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
  2. What significant events do you believe shaped your personality and character?
  3. What has inspired you to consider becoming a mentor?
  4. How did you get interested in the workforce that you chose?
  5. Did you do anything to pursue what you wanted to be, such as applying to a certain college?
  6. Have you had an internship before. Did you ever have a mentor? If yes, what did he/she/they contribute to your life?
  7. What expectations did you have when going to college?
  8. Were your expectations met?
  9. What did you major in college?
  10. What was the most exciting thing that happened to you while in college?
  11. Looking back on your college experience is there anything you might of done differently such as taking advantage of a missed opportunity? (Would you have taken the same rout?)
